4.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) jll3 Account. 4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
4.3 Verification. jll3 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
4.4 Non-Transferability. Your jll3 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jll3 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jll3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

6.3 Withdrawal Processing. 6.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. jll3 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
6.5 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are in Philippine Peso (PHP). jll3 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency or any form of cryptocurrency.
7.1 jll3 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
7.3 Abuse. jll3 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably suspects that a player has abused or attempted to abuse a promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus abuse.
7.4 Modification. jll3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a player's Account.
8.1 All games available on jll3 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
8.2 Random Number Generation. All jll3 slot and virtual games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability.

8.4 Malfunctions. 10.1 All content on the jll3 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of jll3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jll3 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jll3 content without prior written consent.
11.1 jll3 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jll3 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 jll3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or interruption of service.
11.3 jll3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jll3 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jll3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13.2 Upon termination of your Account for breach, jll3 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to jll3.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting jll3 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, and any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to you.
